Don't buy bagels from people who are from countries that don't have cheese. They don't understand the concept of cheese. They have things like custard or glutinous rice, but no cheese.
At the risk of sounding like another amateur chef-de-cuisine, gourmet enthusiast, or un-credentialed food blogger, I really like to cook. My niche is ethnic cuisine.
