After a particularly long, grueling and intensive day I decided to treat myself to a late afternoon Caramel Macchiato. My question is: what the fuck is so caramel about it?
At the risk of sounding like another amateur chef-de-cuisine, gourmet enthusiast, or un-credentialed food blogger, I really like to cook. My niche is ethnic cuisine. So I hope to bring to you some interesting and conquerable recipes that you want to try too. I'm also open to any of your suggestions or challenges.
